At SINGER®, we want to ensure your sewing projects are successful, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Machine

  Securely pack the item in its original SINGER® box including all manuals, foot pedals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
